This Information Notice has been prepared by Alis Dijital Reklam Yazılım Ltd. Şti. ("Alis Digital") in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the related Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Depending on the nature of your relationship with Alis Digital, the following may be processed: identity data (full name/trade name), contact data (email, phone, address), customer transaction data (quote, order, invoice), marketing data (message consent), transaction security data (IP, cookies, logs) and request/complaint data.
Your data is processed on the grounds listed in Article 5/2 of the KVKK — "establishment/performance of a contract," "legal obligation," "establishment/protection of a right" and "legitimate interest" — and, in cases falling outside these grounds, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5/1.
Your data may be transferred — limited to its purpose — to competent public institutions, our suppliers and business partners (accounting, legal, hosting, payment, email delivery), and the advertising/measurement platforms required for our services. Your data is collected through website forms, email, telephone, social media, cookies and contract/invoice processes, by fully or partially automated or non-automated means.
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom data has been transferred, to request correction/deletion/destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom data has been transferred, to object to a result generated solely by automated analysis that adversely affects you, and to claim compensation for damages.

No:14/31, Kocasinan/Kayseri, Türkiye. Your applications will be processed within at most 30 (thirty) days. If your application is rejected or found insufficient, you reserve the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
