6. Transfer of Personal Data

6.1. Domestic transfers: Your data may be transferred — limited to its purpose and in compliance with the KVKK — to competent public institutions in the context of legal obligations, to suppliers we work with (accounting, legal, hosting, payment/shipping, email-delivery infrastructure), to our business partners and auditors.

6.2. International transfers: Advertising/measurement platforms such as Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta, as well as cloud/hosting and email providers, may be used during the performance of our services; in this context, your data may be transferred abroad in compliance with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK (adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or exceptions).

7. Methods of Collection

Your personal data is collected through website forms, email, telephone, social media, cookies and similar electronic channels, as well as through contract and invoice processes, by fully or partially automated or non-automated means.

8. Retention Periods

Your personal data is stored for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutes of limitations/retention prescribed by applicable law (e.g. up to 10 years for commercial and financial records). When the period expires or the purpose ceases to exist, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

10. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with such purpose, to know the third parties to whom data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request deletion/destruction where the conditions are met, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom data has been transferred, to object to a result generated solely by automated systems that adversely affects you, and to claim compensation for damages.

11. How to Apply

You may submit your requests, together with information establishing your identity, by email to info@alisdijital.com or in writing to Finans Plaza, Gevhernesibe Mah. Gök Gç. No:14/31, Kocasinan/Kayseri, Türkiye. Your requests will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, depending on their nature; if the action requires a cost, the fee set by the Authority's tariff may be charged.
