User Agreement

1. Parties and Subject Matter

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between Alis Digital ("Company", "we") and the user filling in the free e-book/report form on our website ("User", "you") at the moment you approve and submit the form. The Agreement governs the terms under which free digital content (e-books, reports, etc.) is delivered to you and your personal data is processed.

Through the form, we collect only the information you provide, namely:

• Your website address, if any
